This is for a lead management product. This product was designed to help users manage all of their leads that came in from an online advertising campaign. This was designed to help maximize the time spent with leads and keep them organized so that every lead was promptly responded to and taken care of.

Content Management System

The business needed to structure their customer data to better integrate with new offerings, manage customer information and improve internal efficiency. I was the designer responsible for taking the idea and designing a solution that meet the business needs as well as the needs of the various internal users.

Landing Page Creator

This application was designed to help our internal team create landing pages in a more efficient manor. Their existing tools were greatly neglected and most importantly were not user friendly in the slightest. I designed this to be much more intuitive and to accomodate what they needed it to do with out having to rely on hacks. This system also made it easier to utilize structured data, templates and was designed to interact with a system of widgets.

KPEye - Algorithmic Keyword Suggestion

This is a tool that takes millions of records about keyword and campaign performance and uses a keywords past performance data to determine it's success for a given vertical. I designed this tool for our performance analyst team to view the suggestions from our algorithm and provide human oversight to verify the suggestions. Recommended words were integrated into our internal process to be seen by copywriters during the campaign creation process.

Campaign Reporting

This product as a system to report on the performance of an advertising campaign. As an online advertising campaign was being run, there are many key elements that should be visible to verify that a campaign is being correctly targeted and reaching the right people. This tool reported on the various types of data that came out of advertising campaigns and reported on it.

Call Tracking Network

A Call Tracking Network was created that was responsible for internally procuring telephone numbers for our advertisers. I was responsible for interviewing and recording the process that was internally used to procure numbers. I then needed to design an admin system that would seamlessly fit into the existing cross organizational process. This system needed to allow our CTN Administrator and IT to perform all the necessary tasks as easy as possible.

Certification Manager

I created a product that allowed an administrator to manage a certification through it's life cycle. The UI needed to allow the non-compliant answer of a certification to be dealt with through means of a work flow. Each way along this work flow, a reviewer needed to be able to assess an answer and pass any pertinent information to the next person in the work flow. Work done: User research, personas, flows, task analysis, design.

Certification Manager Configuration

This was the configuration for the Certification Manager. This interface handled unlimited amounts of user segmentation and unlimited amounts of work flow. A non-compliant certification answer could be specified for any number of locations, business units, languages spoken, management level, department, plant ect; any way you could segment a multinational corporations employees it could be done. Work done: User research, personas, flows, task analysis, design.

Module Chain Manager

Through research and discussions with the clients, it was discovered that an opportunity had arisen to enhance the LMS (learning management software). This enhancement was around the ability for Program Administrators to have the ability to serve employees one course after another, in a linear fashion as opposed to manually doing this process. This allowed them to create a more robust learning curriculum for their employees. Work Performed: Design, Documentation

Conflict Resolution

Conflict resolution is a term for a situation that involves a content update for an online course. If a client has modified a course what are the interactions that happen around that? This particular piece of the UI addresses a situation that involves multiple elements getting updated with in an online course, this then prompts the administrator to choose to keep their customized version or the newly updated version. Multimedia File Manager

The File Manager was meant to be a directory to house various types of media that were going to be associated with the customization of online courses and customization of our client sites. Media included, but was not limited to; images, audio, video, and documents. Due to the reusable functionality and design, development cost was greatly reduced for the file manager. Work Performed: Flows, Design, Business Rules.

Risk Assessment + Management

The Risk Assessment and Management tool is an application created to assess legal risks in fortune 500 organizations. This tool provides a collaborative environment between legal team members that allows them to determine the legal risk their company faces and offers plans for mitigation. Work Performed: Understand business needs and design a solution.

Audio Upload

This tool allows Audio to be inserted into an online course or replace current audio for an online course. Work Performed: Flows, Design, Business Rules.

Find Tool

To help the program administrator find specific pages, words, or page attributes; the ability to find content on a page was implemented. Work Performed: I saw an opportunity to help organize the UI of the tool by adding subtle interactions, color changes, and organization of the actions.

Lesson Editor

This tool was designed for a program administrator to have the ability hide lessons in an online course or edit the title. Work Performed: Understand the users goals and the interactions. I created the flows, diagrams, business rules and UI. I interacted with development to see the tool through the life cycle and continued to monitor the tools development through QA.
